Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we are constantly seeking ways to respond to God’s call to strengthen our bonds with Jesus Christ and one another, care for others, and celebrate what Jesus is doing among us. Our life together includes opportunities to find new friends and deepen relationships. We demonstrate our gratitude for what God has already done for us by caring for those around us. We are part of a family of faith known as the American Baptist Churches In the U.S.A., a fellowship that traces our beginning to the very first Baptist Church established in this land. We share with our sister churches in the American Baptist Churches of Great Rivers Region of [Illinois and Missouri] headquartered in Springfield, Illinois. |
